This Masterclass is suitable for all levels, from beginners to teachers.

To truly grasp the empty hand forms, one must apply the techniques against an opponent. Only through Pushing Hands can the power be experienced, the body's connectivity tested, and yielding elevated to a new level.​

expert who began his rigorous training in external arts at a young age before embarking on his Tai Ji journey.  He has achieved victory in numerous national Pushing Hands competitions in China and has devoted decades to practicing and refining Tai Ji both for health and martial purpose.

 

During these masterclasses you will have the opportunity to practice with a partner, ask questions, deepen your understanding of Tai Ji's martial aspects, and watch your forms improve.
